• Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made toward your booking are non-refundable. This includes cancellations for any reason.
• Booking Approval: Submitting a request does not guarantee your event date. Your booking is only confirmed after approval and payment confirmation.
• Rescheduling: One reschedule may be allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduled bookings must be used within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon.
• Final Design & Pricing: Project selection and pricing will be confirmed after your request is reviewed. Pricing may vary based on design, size, and group details.
• Guest Count: Final guest count must be provided prior to the event. Charges may be based on this number.
• Late Arrivals: Events will begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in less instruction time.
• Liability: The host is not responsible for stains, spills, or damage to clothing or personal property during the event.
• Right to Refuse Service: The host reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at their discretion.
